Processing and delivery
Available items are normally prepared promptly. The current standard delivery estimate is 1–2 working days after payment confirmation; remote areas and unusually busy periods may take longer.
Delivery fees
Your exact delivery fee is calculated from the delivery zone shown at checkout. Qualifying orders receive complimentary delivery when the threshold displayed on the storefront is met.
Tracking and handover
We send order and fulfilment updates to the email address used at checkout. Please provide a reachable phone number and a complete delivery address.
Delays or failed delivery
Weather, public holidays and courier disruption can affect estimates. If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incomplete, a new delivery fee may apply. Contact support with your order number for help.
